RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS
Due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, to ensure an optimal experience we will replace any items that arrive damaged, defective or otherwise unusable with the same product. If the replacement product is unavailable we will issue a refund.
To initiate replacement of a damaged product we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photo proof of the damaged product. Email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving a damaged product with proof of purchase, photo(s) of the product showing damage and a description of the issue with the product. Upon receipt of your email we will approve or deny your replacement request. You will be notified of the status of your request and if approved you will receive tracking information for your replacement product. If the replacement product is unavailable you will receive a refund.
There is no need to return your damaged product.
